I am trying to use MFCMAPI to manully delete the "BlackberryHandHeld" folder from a local Outlook 2010 profile, when I open a session and view the "Root Container" I dont see the folder but do see other folders.

I have spoken to other IT people I work with and if they open my profile they can see the "BlackberryHandHeld" folder where I cant, is this a permission problem and if so what permissions do I require in order to see this folder..

I am running Windows 7 x64 in a domain running Exchange 2007 and BES 5.0

Thanks for any help you can give

They’re looking at your mailbox on the server, but you’re looking at your cached mode profile. So the data you're looking at is in the OST file, not the Exchange server. The OST does not synchronize most of the hidden folders in a mailbox. Try looking with an un-cached profile.
