I Know that when I want View the PST file . I could do this:

First
use CreateProfile() create a profile.
Then
SPropValue spv;
spv.ulPropTag = PR_PST_PATH;
spv.Value.lpszA = (LPSTR)lpPstfile;
hr = pMsgSvcAdmin->ConfigureMsgService((LPMAPIUID)pRowset->aRow[pRowset->cRows-1].lpProps[iSvcUID].Value.bin.lpb, 0,0,1,&spv);

but what's sholuld I do with the exchang database(EG: Mailbox Database 1117657611.edb) file add to profile?
Comments: Not a bug - not remotely a bug. Please don't pollute my bug database like this.

Problem: MFCMAPI reports that it is not a valid Win32 application on Windows XP.
Fix: This was a side effect of the upgrade to Visual Studio 2012. Have to make sure to designate a Windows XP compatible toolset.

Problem: MFCMAPI - Visual artifact drawing hierarchy table expansion triangles
Fix: Unsure why, but occasionally the rectangles we get for tree labels is shifted a few pixels, leaving behind
cruft that we don't paint over. Expanding the box we use to "paint out" the old +/- by one fixes the visual glitch.

It seems that we have a similar problem:
After applying RU6 for Exchange 2010 SP2, the logged on user cannot open his own inbox via MFCMAPI (version from January 2013).

Login works, the default message store can be opened, but when trying to open the inbox, the user gets a message box like attached.
This was tested with an old MAPI profile (that worked before the RU6 upgrade), and with a profile created via MFCMAPI after upgrading.

The behaviour looks like some Extended MAPI incompatibility, - I had similar problems with another application as well.
Has the issue really been tracked down to a defined permissions problem??
