Unable to see recoverable items on one mailbox

Need some help here. Im totally at my wits end not sure where to go from here. Im running MFCMAPI v x86 on a windows 7 machine.


~ Windows 7 64-bit SP1

~ Outlook 2010 v 14.0.6112.5000 32-bit

~ Exchange 2010 Version: 14.01.0355.002 RollUp 6 SP1

I have one mailbox that is not showing: (see screen shot below).

Also showing 0x8004010F / MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND

You're looking at cached mode. Those folders would only be in the online mailbox. Bypass the cache via tools/options or use an online profile.

Well now I feel like an idiot.

One more question if you dont mind. MAPI_E_NOT_Found error is because I dont have Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1 installed on the mailbox servers correct ?

Look at the context where you got MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND - it's probably when looking at a single property (I'm guessing because you didn't say). What it's this means, literally, is this property wasn't found. If it's not a property you were looking to find, don't worry about it.
