Removing Blocked Senders

I'm having a issue with one users mailbox that has some corrupted Blocked Sender addresses.

They were completely removed within Outlook and Junk Email Filtering Turned off.

When you log into OWA...the filters are still there and filtering is still turned on.

If you try and remove them or disable it from OWA..you get a Junk Email Validation error on these BankofAmerica spam emails and they refuse to be removed normally.

 

I was hoping to avoid deleting the users mailbox and recreating if possible but i'm pretty much tried everything recommended online at this point.

I do apologize if this isn't the best place to make this request.

I saw that several times and thought I had deleted that rule already. 

But that seem to help.  Once deleted it allowed me to delete the corrupted addresses and such.

All seems to be back in order again.
