I am trying to use MFCMAPI in a machine with Windows XP Professional, Outlook 2003 which is connected to only an Exchange 2003 account.

When i click on "Logon and Display Store Table", I get the following error:

Error
Code: MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED == 0x800045005
Function ::MAPIInitialize(&mapiInit)
File .\MapiObjects.cpp
Line 97

Could you please help me understand why this is happening?

I am trying to convert PST to EML using IConverterSession. A annoying problem for me is that the IConverterSession does not use PR_TRANSPORT_MESSAGE_HEADERS when doing the conversion. It directly results losing data from thr original header. I am wondering if anyone knows a way to somehow ask IConverterSession to use the original transport header?

Regards

The instructions tell me to double click on the tool, then go to 'Session>Logon and Display store Table'

When I do, I get the following error:

I created to users with mailboxes (say UserA and UserB for example). From the Exchange 2010 Management console, under Recipient Configuration, I invoked the "Manage Full Access Permission" for UserB. I added UserA for UserB's mailbox. After logging on to the client as UserA, I open MFCMapi (after doing the Profile tweaks for 2010) and can browse the mailbox contents for UserA just fine. If I select "Open Other User's Folder" from the MDB menu, MFCMapi reports that HrMailboxLogon returned 0x8004011d. When invoking the open attempt, I left the default flags for CreateStoreEntryId as 0x00000009.

If I repeat this test on an Exchange 2007SP1 system, the open of the other user's mailbox works fine.

Has anyone else seen the same thing?

New Post: Duplicate items remove

Sure - just select the duplicates and delete them. Of course, if you mean "automaticaly", then no, and no such feature will be written.
However, AFAIK that seems to be only for Exchange Admins, or at least with some direct access to the Global Directory Server, that we don't have, because we're not Exchange admins, or can't access that through the intenet. We are just a customer at Apptix's hosted Exchange solution. I seem to remember that it didn't ask for the rpc server which I found strange and well, then it wouldn't work. Should it work for us? Maybe I misunderstood or overlooked something, I'll have another look at it...
